These Terms govern access to and use of the Grancut mobile app, website, and related cloud services. Grancut is provided by Codex Brazil Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento LTDA, CNPJ 36.207.913/0001-20, Av. Nossa Senhora da Penha, 2796, Sala 804, Vitória — ES.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Grancut Service

Grancut is a commercial software platform designed for natural stone and countertop fabrication businesses, offering 2D project drawing, parametric calculations, 3D visualization, material catalogs, quote generation, and team collaboration.

2. Responsibility for Quotes

Grancut calculates quote values based on information and unit rates provided by the user. Fabricators remain solely responsible for verifying on-site measurements, quantities, material specifications, waste factors, edge profiles, freight calculations, and customer terms prior to issuing proposals.

3. Account & Security

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and notify Grancut immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Offline Use & Data Sync

Grancut supports full offline operation on mobile devices. Data generated offline is synchronized with cloud servers when internet connectivity is restored.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time via the billing portal.
